New weight

Well Nathan just weighed in yesterday. Other than being a little grumpy after the shots, and who can blame him, he is doing great. In fact he now weighs 12lbs and 9 ozs and is 23.75 inches in length. He is a growing little boy and as happy as can be!

Well Amber is now taking lots of great shots, at least that is my opinion, of Nathan. I thought I would share this one with everyone. Nathan is posing for the camera or at least we think that is what he was getting at. It is either he was posing or he is hungry but who knows.

Ok Dad got his first video camera so I decided I had a willing subject. Well he may not be willing but he doesn't have much of a choice. So here is Nathan and dad after work just hanging out on the couch. I think he is thinking about how many calls Dad mad today and if I met my numbers at work :)

Well we had a few pictures we thought we would share with everyone. Dad just got a video camera and is figuring things out. I will have to say that things are always new with Nathan. More to come.

What a great day was May 2nd

I thought I would start our blog with the birth of our son. His name is Nathan David Bridges. He was born on May 2nd 2007 at 8:43 am. He weight 9lbs and 3 ounces and was 20.5 inches in length.

His poor mom, my wife Amber, was in labor for 23 hours before the doctors decided they would have to do a C section to get Nathan out. They could have decided this a few hours earlier if you ask me. They concluded after they got Nathan out that there was no way he was ever going to fit out the natural way!

I am going to be putting pictures up and letting everyone know what is going on. Let me know what you think of little Nathan. This picture is Nathan and Dad (not pictured) enjoying some quality time.
